The Veruela Monastery hosted an acoustic concert by Tako on 26 July, with me on piano and keyboards. Playing inside the monastery nave, with that stone and that reverberation, is unlike any other stage: the stripped-down format of the band fits the room in a way that is hard to explain until you hear it.

It was a bare-bones version of the repertoire, with the arrangements rewritten for the acoustic format. What pushes hard when plugged in gets room to breathe here.
