LOVE STORIES is out — my new album of original music written for film and television producers. The whole record is devoted to the romantic scene: that moment when the picture goes quiet and it falls to the music to say what the characters don’t.

The album is published by Studio Fontana under the TV CLUB label and built on classical orchestration: strings as the backbone, piano and woodwinds for the more intimate passages, and arrangements that grow without stepping on the dialogue. The aim was music that works in a real edit, not just on an isolated listen — cues with room to breathe, clean ins and outs, and alternate versions at different lengths and intensities so the editor has something to work with.

LOVE STORIES covers the full arc of a love story on screen: the meeting, the doubt, the break-up and the reunion. From the most restrained — barely a piano and a sustained string — to full open-orchestra endings.
