On 30 October La Última Bala release “Hecho Realidad”, their debut EP: six tracks of old-school hard rock played with brand-new hunger. The title single has been out on all platforms since 23 October.
We recorded it this summer at my studio. We started in early July with the rhythm section, then guitars and vocals —with Alex Larraga guesting on piano— and wrapped up the mix in August. Mastering is by Javier Roldón (Vacuum Mastering).

The six tracks
- Nuestro tren
- Sanguijuela
- Niña encapuchada
- Hécate
- Hecho realidad
- La Última Bala
This was one of those sessions you really enjoy: a band with clear ideas, plenty of history behind them and a real wish to sound like they do live. They put it like this on social media: “From the very first moment he made us feel at home. It’s been an absolute treat working with him and sharing stories, all sorts of geekery and the odd beer”. The treat was mine.
